Watching the Weather Threat

Tonight, some hail and damaging wind is possible in parts of Montana and Idaho. As I mentioned a short time ago, the area is under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch. Tomorrow and Wednesday don't look too promising. If it didn't sound like it would be so capped over Minnesota, I might have been considering chasing.

This is what the next major concern for severe weather is on Saturday:

It's still too far out to say for certain there will be a tornado outbreak over the highlighted area, because the system could change course or weaken. But it definitely bears watching for the next few days as for once, the forecast models aren't putting out absolute crap in terms of severe weather possibilities for the remainder of the month.
