  DAMAGING TORNADOES WAS LOCATED 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BETHANY. A TORNADO
  MAY DEVELOP AGAIN AT ANY TIME. DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM MOVING EAST TO SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
