It kinda looks rain wrapped, but that seems like a fairly large tornado. The storm is northeast of Clinton now and the tornado is still down. There has been damage to vehicles reported around Clinton. Velocity is suggesting a second rotation northwest of Clinton. PLEASE TAKE COVER NOW IN NORTHEAST VAN BUREN COUNTY!
