Fargo is On Shut Down Mode

The snowstorm going on in the northern plains is causing the city of Fargo to slowly begin shutting down, bit by bit. I-29 is closed from Fargo southward to Watertown. The malls in both Fargo and Moorhead are shut down. US10 between Fargo and Detroit Lakes is open but is very difficult to drive on. I-94 is still open in the metro, but everyone in Fargo just needs to be shut down.
